Slime Care Tips

  1. Storage is Key
    Store your slime in an airtight container to prevent it from drying out. A plastic container with a tight-fitting lid works best. If you don’t have one, a resealable plastic bag will also do the trick!

  2. Avoid Direct Sunlight and Heat
    Slime is sensitive to heat and sunlight. Keep it in a cool, dry place to preserve its texture and consistency. Never leave your slime in a hot car or near a heater!. You can also store slime in the fridge for hotter days.

  3. Keep it Clean
    To prevent dirt or debris from getting into your slime, always make sure your hands are clean before playing. If your slime starts to pick up particles, simply knead it for a few minutes to remove them.

  4. How to Maintain Sticky Slime
    If your slime arrives a bit sticky or becomes sticky over time, don’t worry — it’s easy to fix! Simply add a small amount of slime activator which is included in your kits (usually a few drops at a time) and knead it into the slime until the texture is just right. Remember to add activator gradually — a little goes a long way! Regular maintenance like this will keep your slime in perfect play-ready condition.

Ordering Slime for Special Occasions

We know some of you like to plan ahead for birthdays, parties, or other special events. While it’s tempting to order slime far in advance, we recommend ordering no more than two weeks ahead of your occasion.

Why?
Slime is a handmade product, and we want it to be as fresh as possible when it reaches you. Over time, slime can lose its ideal texture, so ordering too far in advance means you might not get the perfect slime experience we strive to deliver.

No problem! Simply place your order early, and during checkout, add a note with the date of your event. We’ll make sure to hold your order and ship it within two weeks of your occasion, ensuring it arrives fresh and ready to party!
